Introduction to my company's production quality control system!

　　My company has established a complete quality system management system, which fully complies with the requirements of the quality management system to supervise the production process of products, from the purchase of raw materials to the completion of product use by users, relevant departments have detailed records and archives, strictly preventing quality loopholes.

　　Each raw material is inspected in our company's laboratory upon arrival. Only after the indicators meet the standards can it be unloaded and stored, ensuring the quality and authenticity of the raw materials.

　　In the manufacturing process, each shift and each process has a dedicated quality inspector to inspect the production status of each process. The quality inspectors are directly led by the factory's technical department and are linked to the production department to ensure that the products meet all standards within a single shift. The laboratory is also required to conduct a test analysis for each batch of products in each shift.

　　Product acceptance is carried out by the quality inspection department according to the technical agreement indicators for batch self-inspection. The main items of acceptance testing include physical and chemical indicators. Only after passing the inspection can the products be stored and shipped.

　　The company has established a complete set of "Quality Manual," "Procedure Documents," and other restrictive documents related to production, which are controlled by the quality management system. Standard management is implemented for production and operation to continuously meet and exceed user needs.
